Casa Vacanze La Superba is a large house located in the heart of the Val di Chiana in Arezzo, convenient to the Equestrian Center of S. Zeno (14 km) in Arezzo and the thermal sites of Rapolano (16 km) and Chianciano (28 km). The area is a destination for tourists from all over the world given the artistic wealth of large cities such as Arezzo (29 km), Siena (38 km) or Florence (70 km) and many well-known villages, such as Cortona, Lucignano, Foiano, Civitella or Castiglion Fiorentino among others, and has been known since ancient times for its agricultural vocation. In fact, the Chianina cow, the Aglione DOP, the Nobile di Montepulciano and the Pici are just some of the many typical and renowned products of the area.
After having conveniently parked inside the private garden, you enter the living area with the equipped kitchen and the large dining room, whose table was the door of an ancient Genoese Villa, from which the house takes its name. On the same floor you will find
the first double bedroom and an elegant bathroom with shower in the adjacent corridor. From the same corridor you enter a large living room, where there are two single beds. A door will lead you to the stairs to the attic: a warm and welcoming space, with original exposed beams, divided into two rooms used as double bedrooms, divided by a partition, and the bathroom with shower. The air conditioning system also works as a heat pump in every room of the attic. There is a small TV.

In the summer period, €10 per night will be required for electricity consumption. In the winter period €15 per night for electricity and heating consumption.

Pozzo and its municipality of reference, Foiano della Chiana, are located in the heart of the Val di Chiana Aretina, straddling the Province of Siena, in one of the areas richest in history, tradition and places to visit, Etruscan archaeology, between villages and large cities of art, abbeys and hermitages and its great "green" heart to be experienced in a thousand different forms.
Around the capital, Arezzo, a city renowned for its antiques and goldsmithing, you can retrace the spiritually rich streets of St. Francis, the abbeys and hermitages that hosted him (La Verna, the Celle di Cortona, Camaldoli Abbey etc.), go trekking along the paths of the Casentino Forest, also excellent for bikers!
A dense road network with large lanes (S. G. C.) allows rapid travel, mostly without toll, towards the great art places such as Siena (50 km), Florence (80 km), Cortona (20 km), Montepulciano (27 km), Lake Trasimeno (34km) and the wonderful Umbria.
Pozzo is "strategically" close to numerous natural and structured thermal sites. The closest to us is Rapolano with its 2 elegant structures, but without forgetting the Terme di Chianciano (55 km) or Bagni S. Filippo in the Val d'Orcia (54 km).
It is worth visiting the wonderful village of Lucignano, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, 5 minutes from Villa La Superba, or Foiano, city of the Della Robbia family, also famous for the oldest Carnival in Italy, rather than Monte San Savino, renowned for its porchetta!
