Casa Vacanze La Superba is a large house located in the heart of the Val di Chiana, a short distance from Arezzo "City of Christmas", close to the thermal sites of Rapolano (16 km) and Chianciano (28 km), convenient to the Equestrian Center of S. Zeno (14 km) of Arezzo. The area is a destination for tourists from all over the world given the artistic wealth of large cities such as Arezzo (29 km), Siena (38 km) or Florence (70 km) and many well-known villages, such as Cortona, Lucignano, Foiano, Civitella or Castiglion Fiorentino among others, and has been known since ancient times for its agricultural vocation. In fact, the Chianina cow, the Aglione DOP, the Nobile di Montepulciano and the Pici are just some of the many typical and renowned products of the area. After having conveniently parked inside the private garden, you enter the living area with the equipped kitchen and the large dining room, whose table was the door of an ancient Genoese Villa, from which the house takes its name. On the same floor you will find the first double bedroom and an elegant bathroom with shower in the adjacent corridor. From the same corridor you enter a large living room, where there are two single beds. A door will lead you to the stairs to the attic: a warm and welcoming space, with original exposed beams, divided into two rooms used as double bedrooms, divided by a partition, and the bathroom with shower.
